GP information
GPs are the backbone of NHS and are gatekeepers to secondary care. They are crucial in using the resources in NHS wisely. Urology is a growing field and in this modern day and age information is available for everybody to access at no time. We are happy to provide GP information service in the way of visiting your practice, reviewing your set up and pathways, provide information on any aspect of Urology care in community.
Also when patients are seen in private clinic, there is no access to full health records in NHS. Many a time, lack of this information makes a consultation difficult. To make the best use of time and money spent for consultation in private, a comprehensive referral letter is helpful. I would also encourage patients submitting some information on the clinical problem well ahead of the appointment on this website, as it would help us preparing notes for the clinic visit (please see our privacy policy for more details).
